Terms of Use
1. About these terms
These terms apply to the Arithlo app and website (arithlo.in). Arithlo is provided by Giane Future Gurukull, a proprietorship providing educational services, Office No. 03, First Floor, Daji Darshan Apartment, Opp. Secure Hospital, Harni–Warasia Ring Road, Vadodara, Gujarat 390006, India ("we", "us"). It is published on Google Play by International Institute of Handwriting Analysis on our behalf.
These terms are an agreement between us and the parent or guardian of the student using Arithlo ("you"). By signing in, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and your child. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data and forms part of these terms.
2. Who can use Arithlo
Arithlo is only for students enrolled with Giane Future Gurukull. Accounts are created by our staff at enrolment; they cannot be created in the app. The app is included as part of your child's enrolment.
A parent or guardian must sign in with their own WhatsApp number and agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. Your child may then use the app under your supervision.
3. Your account
- Each account is for one student and is linked to one device. To move it to a new device, request a device change in the app; we may ask you to confirm the request.
- Keep your sign-in codes and parent PIN private. Do not share them with your child or anyone else.
- Tell us promptly if you think someone else is using your child's account.
- Keep your WhatsApp number up to date with us. It is how you sign in and how we reach you.
4. Using Arithlo properly
You and your child agree not to:
- use another student's account, or let someone else use your child's,
- try to get around device binding, sign-in limits or other security features,
- copy, modify, reverse-engineer or resell the app or its content,
- interfere with the app, our servers, or other users, or
- use "Challenge a friend" to send links to people who have not agreed to receive them, or to send unwanted messages.
5. Challenge a friend
Your child can share challenge links; this feature is on by default. Please share links only with people you know. The person who opens a link sees only your child's first name (or initials) and score. You can ask us to switch this feature off for your child at any time.
6. Our content
The app, its exercises, methods, design, characters and content belong to Giane Future Gurukull or its licensors. You may use them only for your child's personal learning through the app.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep Arithlo available and accurate, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, change or remove features to improve the app. Some features need an internet connection; practice done offline is sent when your device reconnects.
8. Ending access
- When Giane Future Gurukull records that your child's enrolment has ended, access to Arithlo ends too. Your child's data is then handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
- You can stop at any time and ask us to delete your child's account (arithlo.in/delete-account).
- We may suspend an account if these terms are seriously or repeatedly broken, or to protect other users or the app. Where reasonable, we will tell you why first.
9. Liability
Arithlo is a practice tool that supports your child's classes; it does not guarantee any particular learning result.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, or for problems caused by things outside our reasonable control, such as your device, your internet connection, or WhatsApp being unavailable.
Nothing in these terms limits our responsibilities under data protection law or any liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use Arithlo after that means you accept the updated terms.
11. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Gujarat, India have jurisdiction over any dispute. Before going to court, please contact us so we can try to resolve the matter.
